Manlius Circa Ce Soir Is Open for Business!
Circa Ce Soir is a farm-to-table kitchen offering an all day cafe menu and take-home dinner specials which change every day.
In an effort to reduce waste, we ask patrons to bring their own vessels from home for takeout orders - We offer the use of our own reusable containers to all who are not able to do so in exchange for a small, refundable deposit.
